It depends on a few things that we have no control under such as the size of your order, the current amount of orders and the availability of our players. Sometimes it can take a couple of days and sometimes it can be done in under 24 hours. Can I play on my account while you're working on it?
Coaching begins with a conversation with the trainer. During that conversation you decide what you want to do with the trainer. It can be a game together or analysing a replay. What you will do depends on the trainer and the amount of time you buy.
